About Us

The beginning of The King's Cross Church -

In July 2012 we moved from our old building into our desperately needed new church building. We also changed our name from The Hexthorpe Methodist Church to The King's Cross Church. Our new church name came from Timothy Keller's book 'The King's Cross'. The King's Cross also a railway station in London, shows the proud railway heritage of Hexthorpe. But even with a new modern church, the church has always and still is made up of people. However, attractive buildings are important for the development of the life of the church and itsoutreach to the local community.
